Data Involved in the Product Workflow
Depending on how the product is used, data may include account details, invoice files uploaded for extraction (PDFs, scans, WhatsApp images), extracted voucher fields, ledger mapping preferences, and support messages shared during onboarding or troubleshooting.
256-Bit SSL Encryption & Local Tally Isolation
All invoice uploads and data transmissions between your browser, our cloud extraction parser, and your local Windows machine are protected using industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.
Your core Tally company file (`.900` database) remains 100% stored on your local computer or private cloud server. TrulyInvoice communicates exclusively via Port 9000 XML payload posting, ensuring your underlying accounting records are never copied or hosted externally.
How Data Is Used & Retained
Data is used strictly to operate invoice extraction, store stock item mapping memory, support connector-based Tally sync, and provide customer assistance. Uploaded temporary invoice files are automatically purged after processing according to your data retention preferences.
Security & Review Expectations
TrulyInvoice is designed for review-first invoice processing. Customers should review extracted accounting data before final posting to Tally, especially when invoices are handwritten, low-quality, or unusual in layout.
