This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your personal and financial data when you use our website (https://www.trulyinvoice.com), web dashboard, and local Tally synchronization connectors.

Local Tally Database Stays With You
Your core Tally company data remains 100% stored on your computer. TrulyInvoice communicates directly with your local Tally Prime without copying your database.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information: When you register on TrulyInvoice, we collect your name, business name, registered email address, mobile number, and authentication credentials.
1.2 Uploaded Documents & Invoice Data: To perform automated extraction, you upload supplier bills, purchase invoices, and bank statements in PDF, PNG, or JPEG format. We extract supplier name, GSTIN, invoice date, line items, quantities, rates, and tax breakdown.
1.3 Technical & Device Data: We may collect browser type, IP address, operating system, and session identifiers to monitor system health and prevent unauthorized access.
2. Payment Information & Razorpay PCI-DSS Security
When you purchase or renew a subscription, online payments are processed through our partner payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay").
Zero Storage of Card Data: TrulyInvoice does NOT collect, view, or store your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVVs, or Net Banking passwords on our servers.
PCI-DSS Compliance: All transactions are conducted over encrypted, tokenized connections directly compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1) maintained by Razorpay and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Transaction Records: We store only non-sensitive transaction tokens (such as Razorpay Payment ID, Subscription ID, and billing date) to manage your active quota and generate your tax invoices.
3. How We Store and Protect Your Invoices
- Secure Database Storage: We do collect and store your uploaded invoices, bills, and documents in our secure, private database. We store your uploaded files so you can access your invoice history, review past extracted vouchers, and manage your ledger mappings inside your dashboard.
- Zero Third-Party Sharing: Your uploaded invoices, financial records, and business data are kept strictly confidential. We never share, sell, rent, or disclose your uploaded files or accounting records with any third-party marketing company, advertiser, or external service.
- AI Extraction: Invoice files are processed by our AI invoice reading system exclusively to extract accounting details and automate your voucher entry.
4. User Rights Under DPDPA 2023
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you possess the following rights regarding your data:
- Right to Access: You can review all extracted vouchers, ledger history, and stored profile data from your dashboard at any time.
- Right to Correction: You have the right to update or correct inaccurate profile or business information.
- Right to Erasure & Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account, transaction logs, and uploaded files by emailing infotrulybot@gmail.com. We will execute data erasure within thirty (30) days, subject to legal tax retention mandates.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use necessary session cookies to keep you securely authenticated while navigating your dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking pixels to track your activity across unrelated websites.
