Content is researched using primary sources including the GST Act, CGST rules, TallyPrime documentation, and official government publications.

2. Expert Review

Every article is reviewed by at least one qualified professional before publication. Articles covering GST law and tax compliance are reviewed by our tax lawyer. Articles covering Tally automation and accounting workflows are reviewed by a chartered accountant. The reviewer's name and credentials are listed in the author byline.

3. Source Verification

Facts, statistics, and regulatory claims are verified against official sources including the GST portal, Income Tax Department, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and TallyPrime documentation. Where specific data points are cited, the source is linked or referenced. Generic claims without supporting evidence are avoided.

4. Content Freshness & Updates

Content is reviewed and refreshed every 8-12 weeks. This includes updating tax rates, compliance deadlines, software version references, and regulatory changes. Each article displays both a "Published" and "Last Updated" date. When significant changes are made, the update is noted in the article.

5. Correction Policy

If an error is identified in any published content, TrulyInvoice commits to correcting it promptly. Corrections are visibly acknowledged at the top of the affected article with a note explaining what was changed and when. Readers can report errors by emailing infotrulybot@gmail.com.

6. AI Use Disclosure

TrulyInvoice uses AI-assisted tools to support research and content drafting. All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and fact-checked by subject matter experts before publication. The final editorial responsibility rests with the named author and reviewers.

7. Authorship

Every article carries a named author with a link to their author profile page, which lists their credentials, expertise areas, and professional profiles. Content without a named human author is not published. All authors are real individuals with verifiable professional backgrounds in their claimed areas of expertise.
