Open Tally and press F1 to open the Help menu
Navigate to Settings > Connectivity
Ensure your connectivity parameters closely match the configuration below:

Company not showing in dropdown?

•Check that Tally is running with the correct company loaded
•Check that the connector is running on the relevant machine
•Refresh the dashboard after the connector and Tally are both active

Connector won't login?

•Use the same email and password as your TrulyInvoice account
•Check the internet connection on the machine running the connector
•Restart the connector and try again
